Taught at VIrgin Active, Malaysia Club Med.  Taught groups of people as well as private clients, run  my own successful yoga studio for the past 4 and a half years. Operated and hosted yoga retreats and workshops with International masters in yoga, meditation and soulful healing. 

Love, nature, life, animals, the sea and mountains and know that each of us has a purposeful driven life, we are all on our own journey of discovering the meaning of life.

We focus on each individual and their physical needs, many of our clients come to us looking for solutions for stress, anxiety, depression or even looking to improve their balance, flexibility, strength and all over health from a holistic perspective incorporating yoga, meditation and breathing techniques.    We offer a gentle approach which is very effective and helps with your overall well-being. Being situated so close to the ocean we often see dolphins, whales and with the sound of the sea in the background we don't need a soundtrack.  Many of our students go for a refreshing swim in the sea after classes.  The perfect start to the day.
