YOGA WITH VIRGINIA

Our goal is to create a beautiful space for nurturing and healing body, mind and soul - using gentle and effective hatha & yin yoga to create balance, strength and flexibility. We offer CBT Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for mindful understanding of oneself, focus and clarity to reach goals to make changes that benefit one's life in a healthy way.

We teach and assist total beginners to intermediate yoga pupils, of any age or stage of life. With any abilities or disability, We teach privately, or small groups, to work to each individual's holistic wellness needs.
